For the dough:
- 250g butter
- 125g icing sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tbsp orange blossom water
- Flour according to the mixture
- 1 egg white

- 600g date paste
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp orange blossom water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
