  • 2 Zucchini, halved
  • 1 wedge of Sweet Pumpkin
  • 1/4 Cabbage
  • 2 White Turnips
  • 1 cup soaked Chickpeas
  • 2 Onions, sliced
  • A large bouquet of fresh Parsley and Coriander
